HOPE – Helping our People Everyday 14 Feb 2018

This project will help people manage their grief, reduce anxiety, develop coping strategies and move forward more positively following the death of loved ones. This project will build on the existing work of the Damascus Road Second Chance Prison and Community programme, which supports men who have been involved in the criminal justice system. It aims to reduce re-offending rates and improve community cohesion by working with these men and their families. A 24 month programme of support will prepare people for release, support them as they re-settle into community and family life, and help them to plan for the future.
