CCH is a long established local CDT which works towards delivering services to local people and organisations, particularly focusing on those in disadvantage. Breakthrough Youth Project works with young people age 8 – 25yrs living in North West Glasgow, particularly Maryhill, with the Princes Trust element focusing on those aged 16 to 25 in disadvantage and assisting them into employment.

Schools transition programme for the most vulnerable P7 pupils. This programme gives young people in the last year of primary school the opportunity to prepare for the transition to secondary school. For S5, S6 and adult volunteers, the project provides support to develop their transferrable skills.
