Grant to Grow Project 16 Mar 2018

The Grow Project works with adults with mental health issues in the greater Brighton & Hove area. Funding was provided to enable the group to run 2 x 8 week courses called 'The Season'. Groups of 12 participants will travel from central Brighton to the National Trust’s Saddlecombe Farm or other locations in the South Downs and carry out a wide range of activities to suit mood, energy level, physical ability and interest.

Charity Group Ltd have 2 arms- Furniture Now provides household goods at minimal cost to help overcome material poverty and reduce waste, and Training Now which provides free training and activities to help people escape poverty and isolation. Hidden services include Syrian resettlement and Discretionary Emergency Support schemes for those in crisis.
