This project is the delivery of self-employment workshops for young people not in education, employment or training. This will raise confidence and self-esteem, as well as reducing unemployment.

The funding will be used to extend an outreach services working with people from South Asian communities in areas of deprivation and poverty. The project aims to provide a network of support and resources to help people living in poverty access social activities and services, improve their resilience and help them tackle issues linked to poverty and social isolation.

The project will run Silverback and slipper football sessions for older men so they can take part in low-intensity activities which improve their health and fitness and mental wellbeing, and provide social opportunities to reduce feelings of isolation.
This group will use the finding to replace noticeboards around the parish that are longer fit for purpose, ensuring the community have continued access to local information.

This group will use the funding to deliver a series of community engagement and recreational events, which will challenge issues surrounding social isolation, improving levels of cohesion.
This project will install play equipment in the local park. This will provide facilities which will bring the community together to build support networks and reduce isolation.

This project is the delivery of health and recreational activities for young people along with providing the opportunity to become sports leaders with a recognised qualification. This will provide diversionary activities out of school hours, with the aim of reducing antisocial behaviour.

This project will use the funding to extend their clubhouse to create a community learning resource centre. This will include access to social activities to address isolation and sessions for unemployed people to help them gain skills to help them find employment. This will provide a community facility with services to engage people in a range of social activities.
