Autism Matters 09 Aug 2017
Following a successful pilot, this project will provide a support and advice service for anyone on the autistic spectrum, and their families. The service will offer a mixture of appointment and drop in services offering support in many areas including diagnosis, debt, education, employment and housing.

Sailing Matters 26 Mar 2018
This project will provide sailing activities for young people living with disabilities and from marginalised groups. This will support their independence and help with physical challenges.
This project will run workshops for young people experiencing mental health challenges and develop a play about their experiences, which will be performed to staff in secondary schools, family and mental health professionals. Healthy Lives Project 14 Mar 2018
The project will improve the health and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities living in Powys. This will be achieved through a programme of activities that will increase physical and educational opportunities, allowing participants to engage with their environments and, as a result, improve their physical and emotional health whilst forging healthy relationships.
The group will deliver a series of various sporting activities to people with learning difficulties to help to improve their physical health and wellbeing, which also help to increase their confidence and self-esteem.
Treehouse Creche for All 22 Jun 2017
The community based childcare facility in the Rosemount area of Derry/Londonderry provides childcare for children aged under three and training opportunities for parents. The project is using a £9,959 grant to provide an outdoor play area, indoor sensory based learning area, new equipment and personal development sessions for parents.
The Great Outdoors 29 May 2017
1st Pontygwaith Scout Group in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to provide a range of outdoor activities for their members to increase confidence and self-esteem. This grant for £5,000 will fund activities, camping equipment, transport, catering, projector, residential, and hedge trimmer.
This group will use the funding to improve play equipment at the academy, encouraging children to take part in exercise and lead healthier lifestyles.

This project will deliver a woodcraft camp, encouraging people to take part in activities and create and build relationships.
Reunite London 29 Nov 2017
The project will support mothers leaving prison, helping them to rebuild relationships with their children, resettle into the community and reduce the risk of re-offending. The group will work with a number of women’s prisons and will provide tailored practical and emotional support three months before they leave prison. The support will focus on working with women on their individual goals and identifying training and education opportunities.
