Childcare Plus Project (45)
The project will address the issue of workforce development in the Highlands. It will provide training for childminders and create a pool of registered, fully trained childminders to support children/families affected by disability and to offer support for parents/carers who work 'unsociable' hours and respite care for children.

Stirling Girlzone
The Stirling Girlzone project will provide a range of activities for at least 90 young women living in regeneration areas. Potential trainers will be identified through local volunteer groups and given training in exercise to music and a demand led programme of classes will be provided in locations throughout the area. These will include aerobics and boxercise and other similar forms of activity. These classes will be provided free of charge and there will be childcare facilities as required.

This project will benefit 340 young people by upgrading a drop in Internet café run by young people for young people. This grant will be used to pay for the salaries of 2 youth workers and upgrading and equipping the youth cafe.

Young Adult Carers Service - supporting unpaid carers aged 16-25
This group will use the funding to support unpaid carers aged 16 - 25 with their transition into adulthood. Through continued employment of a Young Adult Carers Officer a one stop shop approach will provide a tailored emotional and practical support package. Activities will be aimed at increase the adult young carers’ chances of progressing into further education/employment/training and will help them develop a more positive outlook for their future.

This group will use the funding to engage a support officer and a development officer so that they can carry out more activities in the Perth and Fife area. They will also set up new volunteer led groups for older people aged 70 and over who experience social isolation and loneliness.

Supporting Refugee Integration in Forth Valley
The group will use the funding to continue and enhance their existing provision helping vulnerable Syrian refugee families who have settled in Clackmannanshire to integrate into the local community. The project will benefit 120 people over three years, with 75 volunteers assisting with the project. A new full time post of Support Worker will recruit and manage a group of volunteers to assist families' access local services, improve English language skills, and move into education.
