Recipient Org: Description Meeting Point is a small community group operating out of St Mary Oatlands, a church on Oatlands Avenue in Weybridge. The group provides a monthly luncheon with entertainment in the church hall and is a well-attended and popular group, providing a good value social opportunity and a friendly environment in which to meet others. Membership is generally open to people over the age of 70. Transport is provided to support those who would otherwise be unable to access the meetings._x000D_ Meeting Point also organises regular outings to places of interest or the seaside, by coach. These trips are intended to be affordable in acknowledgement of the difficulty many elderly people face when trying to afford activities outside their usual routine. Annual membership of the group costs £5 in order to support the group to meet the general running costs of the meetings. The monthly lunch is offered at an additional cost of £3 per person._x000D_ The smooth running of the group is overseen by a committed group of 10 volunteers.
