Musical Theatre days (360G-CheshireCF-A409575)

£8,500

Clonter Farm Music Trust is a small rural charity, offering unique training and performance opportunities for singers at the start of their professional careers and to bring opera, operetta and musical theatre to children who might otherwise never experience this art form. The project is a contribution towards the Musical Theatre Days for over 700 school children from 18 Schools in Cheshire with 11 having a specific focus on areas of low engagement with the arts or have a high proportion of children on free school meals. The Cheshire Community Foundation grant will focus on the areas of low engagement and free school meals, making a contribution to artists, staffing and management costs.
