| Recipient Org: Description | The Parish Council is the elected body for Tillingham. It represents the community. The Parish Council owns and maintains various community assets e.g. our recreation field, children's play area, multi track (ramps), multi use games area, allotments. public toilet, public car park, village pumps, The Square and Birch Garden Green. The Parish Council is also a consultee to numerous consultations received from other local authorities and organisations. With effect from 1 April 2017 Tillingham Parish Council will be known as Tillingham Village Council. It is felt that this change of style is more modern and it will more correctly convey the role of the Council in the village. |
