Recipient Org: Description Home-Start Banbury and Chipping Norton provides support for vulnerable families with young children, who are struggling to cope. We are a unique and highly cost-effective early intervention service, with our volunteers giving non-judgmental and life-changing support in the home, once a week for as long as each family needs it. They offer both practical and emotional support to improve parents' skills and confidence; giving children the best possible start in life. By intervening early we are able to dramatically improve family situations and coping mechanisms, creating better environments for the children to develop and thrive, and giving them the best possible 'home-start' in life.
