Recipient Org: Description Our current membership is 93. Many of our members are elderly, live alone and are vulnerable. We focus on organising monthly events comprising of hall based activities and visits to interesting gardens and historical venues in order to engage our members with al aspects of gardening and producing healthy food. Plus an Annual Produce and Flower Show. The Club provides a focus for meetings where isolation and rural deprivation is diminished friends are met and community meals are taken. We promote contact between members with the aim of encourage healthy living and independence by supporting individuals emotionally, mentally and physically.
