Recipient Org: Description | JUSTICE IN MOTION is a physical theatre company that impacts our culture and society by raising awareness about social injustice. Through powerful, thought-provoking and visually stunning performances, we challenge opinions and shed light on issues such as human trafficking, domestic violence, poverty, migration and mental health. We engage people in debate and inspire activism in the fight against injustice through our events, workshops and performances. We offer classes in the various disciplines used within our work (physical theatre, acrobalance and contemporary dance) to advance the professional development of other artists and community members, alongside taster sessions for the wider public. |
