Music and creativity as a tool for mental health (3518)

We will provide music-related and holistic support activities to over 900 young people aged 14-19 who currently experience, or risk developing, mental health problems. The project has been co-created and born of community needs of young people from Global Majority &/or low-income backgrounds. In partnership with CAMHS we will: -Improve the mental health of 900 young people through creative activity and safe spaces; -develop a pool of creative mental health facilitators trained in supporting young people building young peoples’ mental health literacy; -Facilitate a team of ChangeMakers (aged14-19) championing the voices of young people in the community to policy makers.
