Recipient Org: Description Happy Days is radically transforming life for people who are homeless or in crisis, through wraparound support and the power of community. Our services include: · The Winter Shelter, the only night shelter in Calderdale, which offers person-centred wraparound support and move-on accommodation to all residents. · The Complex Lives drop-in support service, helping vulnerable people with multiple deprivations, including housing needs, healthcare, finances, safeguarding, digital exclusion, and any other issue. Our team advocate for service members with the systems and gatekeepers that they struggle to communicate with, including the NHS, landlords and the probation service. · The free community cafe - serving up to 300 lunches and 200 breakfasts per week. · The community supermarket, which provides affordable food with the chance to save into a linked credit union account. · Jubilee House, our long-term supported accommodation programme for homeless people in severe emotional crisis.
