Our work is focussed on serving the communities within the Liverpool City Region and North Wales. Our work is driven be the desire to be truly transformative for people. We are creative, innovative and flexible and our primary aim is to help people feel empowered and achieve their own goals. We work with people to enable them to be in charge of their own futures. There are three main strands to our work: Social Care: Through a network of domiciliary care workers, we provide elderly people with the tailored support they need to continue to live independently in their own home for as long as possible. Support & Accommodation: We provide a wide range of support for young people (aged 16-25) impacted by homelessness. We provide temporary accommodation and the skills to sustain tenancies, access training and employment and build a positive support network. Our Carers centre provides support and advice for unpaid carers, our IDVA service supports high risk victims of domestic abuse.
