All residents receive 1-2-1 personalised support (psycho-social, recovery support, crisis management and resilience) and group support (learning and training, daily living skills, employability). We operate across South Sefton/North Liverpool and support around 120 people p.a. Beyond our residents we also operate through community partners providing specialist support for people facing some of the most extreme exclusion. We aim to support people with complex histories and severe problems to deal with crises, stabilise their housing, health and other key factors, plan for a brighter future and move on
