Recipient Org: Description At Next Chapter, we support adults, children aged 8+, and families through early intervention mental health and well-being services that address the real-life obstacles impacting overall wellness. Our approach is empowering, solution-focused, and holistic centred on understanding each person’s unique story, strengths, and needs, creating bespoke pathways that lead to meaningful, sustainable change. We offer a safe, supportive space where personal development, well-being, and education come together. At Next Chapter, we see the whole person. Their story, experiences, challenges, hopes, dreams, aspirations and equip them with the knowledge, skills, strategies, and confidence to reach their goals and realise their full potential. Our services are intentionally designed to be timely, accessible, and inclusive, with no waiting lists and a strong focus on proactive early intervention rather than crisis driven responses. We are committed to providing high quality support regardless of income or eligibility, with a particular emphasis on reaching individuals and families who often fall below traditional service thresholds. By intervening early, we can create meaningful, positive change, reduce the risk of escalation, and prevent the need for statutory interventions or long waits for crisis support. This includes working adults who are frequently excluded due to eligibility criteria, whose needs are not met by existing services, or who cannot access support due to daytime working commitments. Next Chapter is a female led, trauma informed and neuro-affirming organisation delivering high quality, professional services that bridge the gap between the private and community sectors. We are underpinned by a strong, diverse multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals who bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work we deliver, ensuring our support is informed, responsive, and grounded in real world understanding. We offer personalised support and genuine choice, recognising that no two journeys are the same and one size does not fit all. We also understand that an individual’s barriers may impact their family, which is why we take a truly holistic approach, supporting not just the individual, but the wider system around them, to create meaningful and environmental change, when appropriate. We are passionate about helping people explore the connection between mind and body, enabling informed choices, fostering self-awareness, and building strong foundations for physical and emotional resilience. This integrated approach supports lasting change and empowers individuals to confidently navigate life’s transitions. Next Chapter recognises that people’s stories are often complex, with multiple barriers impacting their ability to achieve their goals. Our approach is to support individuals on a personalised journey, addressing each barrier in turn, so they can progress with confidence and continuity. To achieve this, we offer a broad range of services designed to meet people where they are, minimising the need to navigate multiple services or repeatedly retell their story; a process that can be re-traumatising. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive space where individuals experience consistency, belonging, and security, using a trauma-informed approach as they work towards their goals. We also understand that traditional services often fail to meet the needs of neurodiverse individuals. Our team is both trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, adapting our delivery to ensure that everyone has equitable access to the support they need. Our programmes therefore include… Domestic Abuse Awareness Programme Healthy relationships hub; Recovery from toxic and abusive relationships Coaching for women who are looking for their 'what next' after leaving abusive environments and relationships and navigating a way forward Couples Coaching Ignite, confidence and well-being programme for women Free to be she, a 13 week programme supporting women over 45 re-connect with themselves Holistic Hub, well-being therapies Parenting Workshop Series for Busy Working Parents Therapeutic Parenting Support Programme, Parenting with Purpose Comando Joe's, family communication and resilience programme Managing Me for children and adults Team of Life; Narrative therapy resilience programme for children and young people Systemic family therapeutic support (parent and child) Psycho-Dynamic Counselling for teens and adults, specialism in Neuro-Diverstiy Integrative Counselling for children, teens and adults Psychotherapy/transactional analysis for adults, with specialism in trauma and near-diversity Understanding & Navigating ADHD and Autism for Adults Understanding & Navigating ADHD and Autism for Children Nutrition for mental health and well-being workshop Peer Mentoring and resilience programme for children and teens Social Hub; Befriending support Delivered on site by other providers....
