We wanted to create a safer Rossendale, we wanted to support others to feel empowered, we wanted to share and showcase all the amazing resources and businesses available to women, girls and non binary people, and if there wasn't something available, we wanted to help fill that gap. Safer Rossendale is one of the projects under the More in the room umbrella. Safer Rossendale is a Rossendale wide community safety scheme, its core offer is supporting local business to become safe venues, however, their offer now includes Spiking Awareness, Safer Events and Safer Childhoods - a school based project working with vulnerable teenage boys. |
