Recipient Org: Description | The Welcome Organisation supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Belfast City to ensure:- -Vulnerable homeless people can access accommodation and receive the support they need to make the transition from homelessness and remain in accommodated -People have access to support enabling them to gain and/or sustain stable accommodation. -People have gained the skills needed to live independently and maintain a home. We provide -Street Outreach services to rough sleepers and people involved in street activity -Drop-in facilities providing support services (assistance with housing, benefits, health, appointments etc) and provision for basic needs, food, showers, laundry, clothes, client welfare etc -Peripatetic community support services for 100 individuals whose housing sustainability is fragile and there is a risk of repeat homelessness -Crisis accommodation for women -Employ 50 individuals - Provide volunteering and training opportunities for 60 + individuals |
