Recipient Org: Description Larne Well-Being Hub provides mental health support for our community. We support those aged 4 years and over. We are currently offering online group support via Zoom, one to one counselling via Zoom or telephone, family support and weekly check-ins via telephone. As we all transition back to a new normal from the Covid-19 pandemic, it is anticipated there is going to be a mental health crises. We, as an organisation are already seeing the effects of this as the number of individuals and families seeking support has trebled. Our aims and objectives as a charity is to be in the position to continue to offer this valuable service to our local community, and extend our services to offer weekly support groups aimed at offering psychoeducation around coping strategies and resilience in a shared safe space.
