Care Home Challenge Fund - Improving the Quality of Life of Older People in Care Homes (360G-CR-1178994)
We propose to introduce a Balanced Lives Health and Social Economy programme that focuses on the mobility and mental health challenges of older people living in Care Homes. This will be centred around the relationships between staff, residents and their supporters (family and friends) as well as the wider community in which the home is based.
