Youth Action Northern Ireland propose linking with Far and Wild to deliver a 5-step programme which integrates sport with outcomes around confidence building and leadership.The idea is to use a handful of sports to increase womens' comfort with their bodies and their ability and to translate that increased confidence in sport to an increase in their potential outside of sports.
