This platform will offer 3 strands: - Safe and secure online spaces to enable us to offer a variety of face to face practical, advocacy and therapeutic support sessions on a one to one basis.- Safe group spaces to enable development of and re-instate our peer support and group learning sessions such as ESOL, therapeutic groups, arts and crafts and other activities in order to reduce isolation and develop mental wellbeing. - Training platform to store and deliver resources for women, staff and other cross sector organisations. Training to women will include vocation and language (ESOL) based training courses, online safety courses, made available in a variety of languages. Training for staff will include induction packages for new and temporary staff recruited during this period as well as mandatory and emerging training needs to enable staff to have the skills, knowledge and confidence to continue high quality service provision within this new way of working. Training for cross sector organisations will offer awareness raising live sessions and pre-recorded modules developed by Ashiana workers, with the support of community champions. We are also applying for equipment to enable women to access these online spaces and resources including laptops, tablets, smartphones and data packages, plus salaries and consultancy fees for development and delivery of online training sessions.
