COVID19 -Funding is requested towards cores costs of the organisation to offset the additional expenditure and loss of income due to the impact of covid 19. - Temporary closure of 2 social enterprises (Puddleducks and Room Hire) with the resulting 6-month loss of net income - £119,000- Increased operational costs as a result of covid-19 of (3 month costs ? Mar-May 20 - £35,029 but additional increased costs expected over next few months) ?this covers additional IT requirements re Working from Home, PPE and cleaning items, staff ID?s, diversionary activities for young people in Supported Housing, staff recognition reward, staff sickness cover, mental health and wellbeing/staff training.- Delay of construction of Copelands care home and resultant costs
