Metro Centre Recovery Funding (360G-CR-4908652)

COVID19 -We have already been dynamic and rapid in our response to Covid-19, and we want to continue to respond in the most effective way to support the communities in which we work. To help us achieve this we are requesting funding for the following: - Coordinating and refining our response, while planning and implementing our recovery. Salary costs for a new Covid-19 Response and Link Manager role (£35k pro rata, 4 days a week for 6 months = £15,120) - Laptop and mobile for the above role (Laptop £550, mobile for 6 months £168 = £718) - Increasing support for trans young people in response to increased demand. Sessional costs to deliver more 121 sessions (virtually) with young trans people as part of our Transcend monthly youth group (£26,533 pro rata, 2 days a week for 6 months = £5,731) - Increasing mental health support for LGBTQ+ young people in response to increased demand. Salary costs to increase counselling hours (£26,533 pro rata, 2 days a week for 6 months = £5,731) - Increasing content generation for use online across our programmes, helping us to maintain service user engagement and to disseminate information effectively. Also supporting the transition of our income generating activities, such as training, to online delivery. Salary costs to resume Film Maker role (£29,751 pro rata, 1 day a week for 6 months = £3,213) - Making more surplus food via the Neighbourly programme available our service users. Increasing freezer capacity and covering delivery costs (£800) - Adapting spaces for physical distancing. Equipment and supply costs (£2,500) - Management oncosts and overheads (15% £5,072)
