Our project is essential within YMCA LandAid House and the DePaul Hostel as they have limited access to MH services for their residents due to the barriers faced such as homeless YP typically having unstructured lives with unsocial sleeping hours, lack of timekeeping for appointments, facing significant barriers such as costs to travel to appointments and waiting times of up to a year for MH support. Our project ensures these YP have access to holistic MH support available to them within their homeless hostel residence.
