Funding for the Our Future and Smart Futures employability training programmes will go towards supporting 45 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, aged 16-19, receive work experience opportunities in CareTech Community Service sites and mentoring from CareTech PLC's staff. The programme: 1) Our Future - Three cohorts of 10 each in three locations 2) Smart Futures - Two cohorts of five and 10 (each) in two locations.
