Warrington Women's Aid is a organisation that provides safe accommodation for women and children who are fleeing domestic abuse, along with providing on-going individual, needs assessed, support for each person while they reside in the accommodation. The Additional Refuge Activities project will provide activities for wome and children who have experienced domestic violence including Healthy Wellbeing sessions for women, Healthy Wellbeing sessions for children, Family Activities for mums and children together, and After School Activities for the children. The grant funding will be used to provide resources and equipment for all of the sessions.
