Positive activities for children & young people in care (360G-CheshireCF-A454595)

National Youth Advocacy Service provides advocacy & volunteer independent visiting for children & young people in care in Cheshire. This project aims to improve the physical and emotional well-being of vulnerable children and young people. The grant will be used to fund positive activities for isolated children in care, to improve their confidence, well-being, resilience, skills and placement stability of the children and young people taking part.
