Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust is a charity supporting unpaid carers Cheshire wide. The project will establish a group in Neston. The group will meet once a month and the focus of the group will be to support carers to meet in a safe, non judgemental environment focusing on positives with emphasis towards listening and self support rather than counselling. Grant funding will be used to pay for running costs. The support group will help carers take some time for themselves and value their own health and well being and help prevent carer breakdown.
