Bridge Community Wellness Gardens supports people in the local community with learning disabilities, learning difficulties or mental health issues. We want to ensure the health and wellbeing of our Clients, Beneficiaries and Volunteers whilst we cannot physically meet with them on-site. We will use this grant funding to provide three well known contacts who will speak with clients, beneficiaries and volunteers at least twice a week to ensure thier health and wellbeing and equip them to do so.This will reduce the feeling of loneliness and reduce social isolation and improve mental health.

Providing work experience for the long-term unemployed and students with behaviour problems. The charity’s overall objective is to improve the health – both physical and mental – of clients referred to the CIO. We help them by creating a healthy, therapeutic environment on our farm for them to undertake activities to meet their outcome aims.
