The project will allow the organisation to employ a part-time Employment Coach for 28 hours per week over a 12 month period. The project is a continuation of previous provision and will support local residents, who are furthest from the labour market, with employment skills and vocational training. Support will include: workshops, employment and wellbeing advice, job search, functional skills, personal action planning and goal setting, CV formulation, interview support and Identification of volunteering opportunities. Additionally, the organisation will work alongside Doncaster College to support the cost of CSCS cards, FLT licence and Food Safety Awards through the Barriers Fund.
