The project is to provide Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and non BAME socially disadvantaged women with a range of support methods to improve lifestyles. Beneficiaries share challenges of inequalities and complex life issues including housing, poor mental health, finance and employment. The project will promote healthy living through emotional and practical support including promote positive mental health, increase skills which cultivate positive habits and ultimately leading to a healthier community. Planned activities will be delivered over a 6 month period which includes 1:1 support encouraging long term sustainable change as well as 19 thematic sessions including arts, crafts, digital skills, physical exercise, wellbeing and social activities; offered virtual, face to face and over the telephone.
