When lives for many people become difficult Borderline offer a private and confidential service people in distress, someone who will listen and understand, who will not pass judgement on our past and someone who has the skills to help individuals find a way through particular situations. Our trained and accredited counselors offer help with different issues including: Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationship Difficulties, Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse - physical emotional and sexual, pregnancy crisis and post abortion. Counselling is provided for people in a safe and comfortable surrounding which is available for singles and couples. Over the years Borderline has built a positive reputation within the city of Carlisle where services such as GP's and Mental Health Teams are referring patients and their families as a source where support can be accessed. The main aim of Borderline is to help people live their lives to the full, finding ways to recover and staying well.
