Recipient Org: Description Community support charity that works with everyone in our local community. We deliver virtual youth projects, virtual disabled projects where resources are delivered every weekend to facilitate activities and projects we deliver. Our food project has evolved to over 200 deliveries per week and over 120 walk in back collects each week. We receive referrals from CCC, WTC, Allerdale disability association, all GP's of Workington, Social Services, Health services based in Lillyhall, health visitors, PRU, schools and often we also follow up with welfare checks which are referred back. We are also supporting the local community with other problems they bring to SWYP and the biggest being free school meals, there has been a few mishaps with emails and payments and we have helped with such as that. Giving the parents a calm unbiased voice and also a go between for the school.
