| Recipient Org: Description | TEG Virtual (Trading as TEGretail) is a Community Interest Company (CIC) created to help, mentor, support, inspire future business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs in Cumbria. Founded in August 2020, our main goal is to support start-up businesses and existing retailers to succeed, to regenerate and bring our high streets back to life whilst creating business and job opportunities with tailored support. To this end, in August 2022, TEGretail was born. We offer start-up businesses and established small businesses help with tailored 1:1 mentoring, training, leadership, and also provide trading opportunities on our successful monthly markets, as well as grants. Our overarching mission is to play a pivotal role in the regeneration of our local high streets. Through our activities, we strive to create a conducive environment for sustainable business growth, thereby contributing to the overall economic development of the community. Whether through mentorship, training initiatives, TEG CIC is dedicated to being a catalyst for positive change and success in the business landscape of Cumbria. |
