This funding is to develop and expand an innovative e-mentoring programme which pairs young people (18-24 years) from minority backgrounds (impacted by mental health challenges), with experienced senior mentors from leading companies, to increase life chances and equality of outcome for these disadvantaged young people and support systemic change.
