This project is the first phase of a masterplan created in consultation with the diverse local community for two neighbourhood parks, Consort Park and Dr Harold Moody Park. Improvements will include reducing flood risk and combating the urban heat island effect by planting trees and creating new green space by closing a road to motor traffic and merging the two adjacent parks together
