This is a joint borough project, with the London Borough of Islington acting as the lead authority on behalf of the five other NLHP boroughs (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey & Westminster). The grant will specifically enable a small project co-ordination team to be put in place - directly employed by the London Borough of Enfield – to provide the necessary support in bringing forward new affordable homes via rooftop developments.
