Recipient Org: Description | We provide much needed respite holidays within the UK for families who have a child with the life threatening illness Cystic Fibrosis. We help around 190 families each year with a respite break. We operate throughout the UK and all the families we help have been referred to us by the child's CF consultant as needing a respite break. A respite break helps the child and their family relax and return refreshed and ready to deal with the daily stresses of living with Cystic Fibrosis such as regular hospital visits, daily physiotherapy and constant medications. |
