Recipient Org: Description At Age Concern Bishop's Stortford our main aim improved wellbeing and reduce loneliness of those in our local community over the age of 55. We are keen on reengaging individuals with hobbies and interests they have lost touch with, and reenergising people whose mobility and fitness has deteriorated due to age or over the COVID lockdowns. Our focus on wellbeing includes supporting the families of those who use our centre. This can include, support, advice and signposting to other local and national services.
