Grant to Community Action on Dementia - Brent (360G-IHC-CC2425_33)

Compassionate Communities Grant Community Action on Dementia is to improve service users' understanding of health and the health care system, and how to navigate it. This will enable them to get the medical treatment when they need it, and thus improve their health. The project will particularly focus on underserved groups such as BAME communities, LGBTQ+ communities, low-income families, and older people above 65 years old, amongst others.
