Recipient Org: Description St George’s Crypt has always been at the forefront of supporting those who are marginalised and can be classed as vulnerable. The services that we provide have also increased since the pandemic and we have evidenced that we can deliver when it comes to supporting the most challenging and vulnerable people in Leeds. We aim to meet the needs of homeless and vulnerable adults, and families, in Leeds; offering daily, emergency care and a range of accommodation pathways to support people into sustainable, independent communities, with skills to maintain tenancies. Within these pathways, we offer a range of different interventions designed to develop life and employment skills and improve the health and wellbeing of clients: from dentistry, GP services and counselling to diplomas in food hygiene and addiction recovery. We work with many statutory and third sector partners to ensure joined-up services, supporting clients from the street to independence.
