Grant to Windrush Foundation (360G-NLHF-AHF/1/010150920)

The Windrush Foundation Will Use A Grant To Create A Brochure Aimed At Raising Awareness Of The Contribution Made By African And Caribbean People To The War Effort. This Will Collate A Large Number Of Accounts From Veterans And Other People That Lived Through The War. The Release Of The Brochure Will Coincide With An Event Aimed At Bringing These Veterans Together With A Wider Community That Is Largely Unaware Of The Invaluable Contribution That They Made.
