Opening up volunteering opportunities to clients who have become stronger through our services.  Assessed as capable of benefitting, a client is invited to select a volunteer role, through this; they develop confidence and a sense of being valued. As clients transition into volunteering roles, moving from ‘being supported’ to ‘supporting others’ they build confidence, playing active and supportive roles in their communities, impacting on their own sense of value and identity.
