Recipient Org: Description NHP is a small charity that received seed funding from the DFE in 2018. Our main aim is to support children in care in to independent living from the ages of 16-18. We support 137 young people from across the country with 20 of them being in Oxfordshire and 10 of them actually living successfully in their own properties in Oxford with the support of house project facilitators. These young people are achieving despite the trauma and upheaval that will have played a big part of there life in the care system. These young people require a great deal of support
