Recipient Org: Description Stonesfield is a village of 750 families. The village is socioeconomically diverse and faces declining population numbers. The school loses income as pupil numbers drop, and is struggling to provide core services. The school has 105 pupils aged 4-11 and is the heart of our small community. FOSS (Friends of Stonesfield School) is a community group organizing support for the school. FOSS provides key financial help for one-off purchases and improvements, extra curricular support, mental health and wellbeing, and supplementary initiatives that improve provision of an inclusive and supportive education to the village children.
