Foster innovation to meet the needs of vulnerable and excluded children and young people 2. Promote good mental health services to more young people than ever before 3. Champion the voices of young people to improve our offer and other local service providers 4. Inspire excellence to achieve transformed, integrated wellbeing services within the Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire.
