Building Infrastructure – Systems and capacity upgrade to support rapid charity growth and develop financial self-reliance. (360G-OCF-A606243)

£70,107

By 2024, we aim to support 1,000 children annually (double this year’s total) and by 2023, we will improve our financial self-reliance by more than doubling our earned income from training to £45,000/year. Our participation in the NTP gives us a unique opportunity right now. We have a raised profile in Oxfordshire, the credibility of NTP tuition partner status, and can deliver our programmes at a heavily subsidised rate. With a Step Change grant, we can build our infrastructure to meet identified future demand, and logistically and financially maintain this level of support for disadvantaged children when the NTP ends.
