This new two year project aims to run a number of groups and activities for people experiencing mental health problems in Workington and Maryport. 180 people will benefit with 60 people attending at least one session a week. it will include outdoor pursuits such as canoeing. Participants will form structures for the planning and delivery of activity. It will address social or emotional isolation, mental ill-health and general community and neighbourhood work.
